Welcome to White Rock Handyman & Renovations. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
We provide residential and light commercial renovation and handyman services, including but not limited to kitchen and bathroom renovations, general repairs, and home improvements. All work is subject to availability and scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Estimates & Quotes
All estimates are provided free of charge and are based on the information available at the time of consultation. Final pricing may vary depending on materials, changes to scope, or unforeseen conditions discovered during the project.
3. Scheduling
We pride ourselves on doing one job at a time, ensuring full attention to your project from start to finish. Start dates are based on current workload and scope of work. We do our best to meet projected timelines, but delays can occur due to weather, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payments
Payment terms are outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit prior to starting work, with balance due upon completion. Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, Visa, Mastercard, Debit or cash.
5. Warranty
We offer a 1-year warranty on labor only, starting from the date of project completion. Materials and fixtures are covered by manufacturer warranties, where applicable. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
6. Cancellations
If you need to cancel or postpone your project, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Deposits may be forfeited if cancellations occur without sufficient notice or once materials have been ordered.
7. Liability
While we take every precaution to protect your property, we are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, structural issues, or materials selected by the client. We carry liability insurance and are fully licensed to operate in British Columbia.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties without your consent.
9. Website Use
The content on this website is for informational purposes only. Unauthorized use or reproduction of any content, images, or branding is prohibited.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the most current version.
